Yep. Not having guns on the streets will actually be positive in all aspects of life. We should only allow guns to people who can prove a real need. They should pass a background test. Take training classes. Get registered, pass classes, and have to renew their registration every year or so. It should, at min, be harder to get a gun registration than get a driver's license.
