herding dogs are my favorite. Aussies, Blue Heelers, Collies, etc. smart. loyal. tend to be less loud.

The two big guys in my avatar had a blue heeler dad (from the farm down the road...Mom was St. Bernard, Newfoundland, Standard Poodle...

Your link isn't "current", however....many places are lifting bans. Breed or type specific legislation is not the answer...
