A better solution:

Stop having government (and taxes) pay for health care for ANYONE! Stop having government trying to diagnose instead of doctors. Institute tort reform to better protect doctors just trying to do their job.

THIS is why health care is so expensive.

These freaks have destroyed their own bodies. It is permanent damage. They will have to live with that disability for the rest of their lives.
...but not on MY dime!
