Does the DNA of someone who undergoes cosmetic surgery and genital mutilation to appear as if they were the opposite gender, change? Simple question.

Does the gender of someone who puts on makeup, certain clothing, and other such items, like say a wig, and claims they are now the opposite gender make them the opposite gender? Again, simple question.

Does someone who undergoes cosmetic surgery and puts on a costume to look like say, a cat, and claims they are a cat make them a cat? Simple question too.
