You're telling me someone impaired can't understand when someone is arrogant like that cop was to me? You're nuts!
I was the driver, he was my passenger. So what if he was drinking, it's why I was driving. I brought him so he could drink.

Yes. If he's too impaired to drive, he's too impaired to make that type of judgment. He can't be both.

No one questions who was driving and who was the passenger.

Who said my feelings were hurt? Are you a damned progressive? You sure act like one :palm:

You proved they were. You got mad because you were inconvenienced and blamed it on someone else. That's the progressive mentality.

I made the same determination, you idiot! Damn you're stupid

Your determination was made because you didn't like being inconvenienced. Your friend's determination is invalid because, according to you, he didn't have the ability to make good judgments.

With the new years kicking in, it looks like more counties are going to implement 'no refusal' checkpoints, meaning that if you refuse a breathalyzer, then they can force you to submit to a blood draw.

Is this a violation of your rights?

Yes, of course it is.

However, a blood draw, if done at hospital, will at least be accurate. Breathalyzer results are too easily manipulated by the officer. Several police officers have told me that.

Another drunk that can't stay out from behind the wheel. Hopefully you'll wreck with your family the car. As long as you don't hurt/kill innocent people, who gives a shit about you.

He made enough good judgements to win both his games of pool. He's a damn good shot. I'll trust his judgement over yours, any day.

Then he should have been able to drive. Since by your own words he couldn't, your judgment ability is in question.

Sad how you trust someone you admit is a drunk over someone that hasn't had a drink for a far longer period of time than you've been alive.

I drove, you fool! I picked him up at his house and took him home. And what the hell are you talking about, anyway? Longer than I've been alive????? DUH!!

No one says you didn't drive. Why didn't he drive? You claim he had enough judgment to make a rational decision about the police and pool shots yet claim he didn't have enough judgment to be able to drive. He can't be rational enough to do that but not rational enough to drive. It can't be both.

I don't drink, stupid. I wasn't drinking that night and haven't had a drink for years prior to being forced to go through the checkpoint. Some of you have issues with comprehension.

Sure, you drink. It is all over your writing that you drink. But if you were not drinking, no one gives a fuck if you like or not like checkpoints. Your opinion is yours and beholden not on anyone else.

I drove you retard! He didn't want to drink and drive, that's why I drove. Why is that so difficult to comprehend?
After all these years I haven't drank any alcohol, I could drink a half a case of Colt 45 malt liquor and still rationally say you're a progressive idiot....and be correct.

Fuck off, asshole. Mind your own business if you can't keep up with the argument, you illiterate moron.
