Evangelicals: You Need to Stop Believing In Stupid Things

Hello CO,

It is all he knows how to do. During 911 he got in front of a camera and claimed he had 100 workers helping to search for victims. Then he said he was 'bringing in another 125 workers.'

There are no records of any payments. There is not one single person who has ever admitted to working for Mr. Trump in this capacity. He has provided no names. There was no follow up, no stories about how his 'workers' accomplished one single thing. And it really sounds kind of not credible, anyway. How does he get exactly 100 workers, no more, no less? Or 125 more, no more, no less? Why would people who were available to carry out that work not simply go there and do it without being paid? Where did they come from? Where was Trump 'bringing them in' from?

What it really looks like was just another Trump publicity stunt. Taking advantage of all the cameras to get his name and face on TV.

Just like he has always done.

He just wants recognition. He can never get enough attention. That's because his father was a workaholic who never had time for his kids.

That is a good example of what I have been trying to convey since Trump was elected. Focusing on every little thing about Trump has no real effect on the public. It often comes across as petty.

One thing I have long noticed about bigots is that they seem to think that everyone secretly agrees.

Aren't you one of those who said they were hoping for a recession to get rid of Trump?

Who do you want to be the Democrat's nominee?

I've never reported anyone, I was never one who thought much of squealers, I'm not about to become one.
If he gets away with it, he gets away with it, but I assume the mods haven't seen it, he's still here.

like me. most of the mods have him on ignore......I only saw you quoting him......I wonder if they call that seesay evidence......

Salty, you need a hobby...perhaps English composition and syntax?

Perhaps Christiananality as Trump whining about lynching when his being the commander in chief of lynching enforcement isn't as Evangelical as Rehnquist's Islamophobia pedophilia Bicentennial Islamidiotocracy nor as Evangelical as those burning Bush's 9/11 Al Qaeda "death to the infidels" business of Federal Lynching KKK churchstate of hate cops.

There's actual evidence of God?

As one Christian nation under God with equal justice under law SCOTUS Islamophobia pedophilia lynching enforcement crooks on Capitol Hill expropriate a grave site & headstone in Israel one might say there's actual evidence.....

That, of course, makes no sense at all.

What do you know of Evangelicals? Have you attend our churches? Have you attended mine?
NO! You haven't, and you never did. You, like others, make up your own pathetic interpretations when you have no knowledge whatsoever. You're an idiot, always have been and always will be. Climb back under the (you know who's) skirt and go away. You're nothing but an irrelevant twit.
We have you as an example.

Using my religion for what?

You have no idea how I conduct myself in my daily life, don't try to tell me you do. I'm not perfect, never was and never will be.
You still haven't answered my question. Why do you have such animosity toward those you do not know?
You display what you are with almost every post.

Go back to your "hate Trump" threads. You are nothing more than an annoyance here (and there as well).
You have never been anything more than an annoyance. Like most Trump cultists, no capacity for rational thought, nothing but empty dogma.

Maybe you should ask him that same question. Why does he constantly scorn Evangelicals?

Your animosity is obvious. A number of our laws are based on Christian laws, "thou shalt not kill" for one. Should we change that? What would be your "secular" interpretation?

"Thou shalt not kill" is not what the Commandment says. That's a sloppy translation. What it actually says is more like "Thou shalt not murder". The Bible mandates a lot of killing, much of which modern law regards as murder.

If you actually read all the Ten Commandments, most of them are pretty stupid. And the teachings of Jesus are way to pacifist, when they're even consistent at all.

But religion is more than just the philosophy, it's believing the mythology is literally real.
Jefferson considered Jesus to be a great moral teacher. He even rewrote the Bible to remove all the miracles.

And that's the definition of Evangelism which is a very old term that I think might predate the Evangelicals all together. We had conquests of evangelization that were the Crusades, etc. Very dark times in Christianity's history. It seems to show exactly why they must call themselves by that name. Especially with the Southern Evangelicals we know here, they are way too involved in secularism for a follower of Christ's good. They are by no stretch going near the boundaries crossed in the past but I still see it way out of bounds and not in Character of a follower of Christ.
The Crusades weren't about evangelism. They were about freeing the Holy Land from its Muslim conquerors.

Oh I've seen plenty of nasty shit posted here towards atheists in general and towards individuals in particular. Toxic, for example, loves making her snotty little "witch" comments -- a poke at me being pagan. CO used to do the same. Then there's all the vile hate flung at Muslims in general by the Xtians. I think RB's halo needs polishing.

Oddly I never mistook this for "hate" as RB seems to label all disagreement.
RB is like most Trump cultists and evangelicals. Any disagreement or criticism must be rooted in insane hatred. After all, no sane person could possibly question their beliefs. The actual truth being that no sane person could possibly believe as they do.

I don't question yours, why must you question mine? What is your dislike and criticism of my beliefs rooted in if it's not hate? What does Trump have to do with it?
