Bombs are difficult to get hold of, effective ones, arson doesn't work very well except on a small scale, truck-drivers are very easily stopped and caught, and it is difficult for any except Trumpf's most trusted Arab friends to take over aeroplanes. Japan, you know, is very crowded.
