Mega MAGA
Correct. That is blatantly not true. Leftist/Statists love the state so much that they roll over for every idiotic pile of BS that some Mastermind types like Warren or Sanders comes up with.
You have it right. The USA is a Republic (specifically a Federated Republic). It democratically elects its representatives, but that does not make it a Democracy. People like to confuse those two things. "The majority" does not rule the USA; the US Constitution does.To your title Democracy? The USA is not a Democracy, it's a Republic look at your govt and tell me it's not a Republic. You vote for Representatives they go to Washington and create the laws and policy.
Correct. The US Constitution says nothing about a "Democracy" it does lay out the rules for how our REPUBLIC is to be formed.
True, but they don't want to understand it. They just want it eliminated. It gets in the way of their "fascism by oligarchy" pipe-dream.Read it some time you might learn something.
Precisely.Of course since it sounds as though you are a Leftist you probably think the Constitution is outdated like my idiot sister says. You can't pick and choose and toss out the things you don't like.
Correct. It's amazing how little people know about the Constitution, isn't it? That's why it's pointless when these twits get blathering on about the "popular vote numbers". It's completely irrelevant. The masses do not vote for President; electors do. Article II of the US Constitution is quite clear about the process. The Electoral College for example, the USA has never elected a President by the Popular Vote.
Two Constitutional ways of changing it, anyway...If you don't like it then you have 2 ways to change the Constitution. One is the Amendment process. Can you tell me the 2nd way?
