Second of all, the vaccine does what a vaccine is designed to do. I stimulates the body's immune response. That is why the people in the hospital, and especially in ICU and on ventilators, are almost exclusively unvaccinated.

Vaccines are not virus hunting lasers. They never have been virus hunting lasers. The only way the body's immune system works is if the virus is IN the body. If a virus is in your body that means you have the virus in you and it is trying to replicate as much as possible. At that point it becomes a question of how effective your own immune system is against that particular virus. If your immune system can eliminate the virus in 2 days instead of 5 then you have 3 fewer days to infects someone else making the vaccine effective.
