AND THEN WHEN YOU HAVE A PRESIDENT that did not win the popular vote to begin with- that cheated to win in his first election by seeking the help of a foreign nation to help him win, and directly worked with a company that illegally hacks into to it's political opponent's server to steal private conversations, and then is already seeking the help of the Ukraine government, and China, And Germany, and Italy, and RUSSIA ALL OVER AGAIN, to help him win his 2nd election- gets caught RED HANDED and is impeached by the House Of Representatives for it- the VOCAL AND VOTING MAJORITY OF AMERICANS are going to be VERY VERY ANGRY if the crooked cheating president is not removed from office!

Both right and left saw it as an anachronism and brewed in a pot of slavery. Do you understand how difficult it is to change it? Do you in your limited knowledge think the small states will vote for the change? It is obvious you do not know what is involved in that process and that rightys will sabotage it.
