FBI has 5 days to produce documents or Director will face Contempt of Congress...

How dense are you? INTENT IS IRRELEVANT! POSSESSION IS SUFFICIENT TO CHARGE SOMEONE CRIMINALLY FOR MISHANDLING CLASSIFIED INFORMATION.

No one has ever been charged with a crime for accidentally removing classified doc. Only Trump had the intent to intentionally remove them, lie about them, and give or show them purposefully to others.
I fully understand where you are coming from, handjob, lets indict everyone!

Hillary and her team removed the classification headers from the documents but the data was indeed classified.

I guess you don't realize that emails are not paper documents. I can't cure your stupidity. Emails when composed don't have classification headers. The emails were classified years after they were actually composed and sent.

The information in emails was deemed classified. That is not the same thing as removing a header from a document.
Some of Clinton's emails contained classified information. That is not the same thing as removing a header from a document.

Bullshit.

There have been many cases over the decades in which there was no prosecution because it was determined that there was no intent to take classified materials or to use them for espionage or to pass them on to unauthorized entities.

Do some research before you open your yap and make yourself look even stupider than you already do.

There is no Terry! Just make believe.

It's here: https://www.usni.org/people/terry-gardner-emc-sw-usn-ret

I'm thinking his ship is sinking faster than Trump's.

FBI, Justice Department Routinely Prosecute Misuse of Classified Documents
https://www.voanews.com/a/fbi-justi...e-misuse-of-classified-documents/6694887.html

In Hillary's case, she knowingly and willingly set up an illegal server to conduct government business on and received and had classified information on that server over a period of time that stretched into years. She also knew that the server had been hacked more than once potentially compromising classified information on it and failed to report that.

Given the locations of documents Biden had, it is reasonable to conclude that he knew in at least some cases there were classified documents among what he had. He failed to report or do anything about that. It is also reasonable that his careless handling of those documents allowed their exposure to persons not authorized to view them.

In both cases, they are as guilty as Trump of mishandling classified documents.

So you are just about admitting that Trump will be indicted, and now all you can do is whine about how everyone else should be as well, and poor Donald is just being picked on.

Its only Donald who will be prosecuted for Espionage, and you dont fucking care if he sold this country out!

See Executive Order 13526

https://www.archives.gov/isoo/policy-documents/cnsi-eo.html

Sec. 1.3. Classification Authority. (a) The authority to classify information
originally may be exercised only by:
(1) the President and the Vice President;

Sec. 3.1. Authority for Declassification. (a) Information shall be declassified
as soon as it no longer meets the standards for classification under this
order.
(b) Information shall be declassified or downgraded by:
(1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official
is still serving in the same position and has original classification authority;
(2) the originator’s current successor in function, if that individual has
original classification authority;

It is a credible defense.

It isn't a credible defense for obstruction which may be Trump's biggest legal threat.

If he is, I would expect Hillary and Biden to get the same treatment. Fair is fair.

Did either of them hide documents from the Justice department?
Did either of them , show, sell or give classified docs to their friends?

You gotta do a whole lot better, handjob.

Hillary let her server be hacked repeatedly, and classified documents were found on the dark web. One of Hillary's lawyers even had thumb drives with copies of the shit on her server in his office.

In Biden's case, there are a number of e-mails Hunter sent that look very much like reprints of classified documents found in Joke's garage. The ones at the university of Pennsylvania or wherever Biden had an office, were obviously seen by staff and others not authorized to see them.

So, yes, both let people see those documents.

In Hillary's case, yes, she tried to conceal the documents by having them on a private, undisclosed, server. There are numerous previous cases of people copying classified documents, or taking handwritten notes of them and removing those to unsecure locations. That is exactly what Hillary did on her unauthorized server. She was aware of the use of that server. She intentionally set that server up to circumvent government controls on her electronic communications and used it in an ongoing illegal manner to avoid government surveillance of her activities as required by law as a senior government official.

Yes you can'y cure stupid if you could you would be committed to a stupid treatment facility right now. I said the data in her emails were classified. Transmitting classified documents on a private server is illegal. It is called mishandling classified data.

I love to read you lies, honey bunch.
Do you have any idea of how many of trump appointees and family conducted business on their own private accounts? You gotta do better than this.
I cant wait for the day of trumps indictment and you whining that everyone else was as guilty as him.

Hillary was Secretary of State. There are specific laws requiring persons in positions such as that to conduct all official government business they do by electronic means on a government computer. One of the reasons for that is the files and documents created are to be archived. All classified government business must be done on a secure, government computer, no exceptions.
Hillary knowingly circumvented all of that in using a private server.

Documents and information that is classified can and usually is transmitted as such between secure servers and terminals at the time it is created. There is no lag between classification and transmission. Under no circumstances would classified information--or even potentially classified information--be transmitted to a private unsecure server legally.

The Trump administration declined to prosecute her. End of story.

Here is what it was really like. https://www.politico.com/magazine/s...ails-2016-server-state-department-fbi-214307/

Your article simply tries to excuse what Hillary did...

Together, the documents, technically known as Form 302s, depict less a sinister and carefully calculated effort to avoid transparency than a busy and uninterested executive who shows little comfort with even the basics of technology, working with a small, harried inner circle of aides inside a bureaucracy where the IT and classification systems haven’t caught up with how business is conducted in the digital age. Reading the FBI’s interviews, Clinton’s team hardly seems organized enough to mount any sort of sinister cover-up.

That amounts to She knowingly moved the server to her home, even though it is a gross violation of law, but the intent wasn't malicious, but rather because she was really busy and didn't understand the technology... That's an excuse for criminal behavior and nothing more.

Here is the same thing again:

Hillary Clinton comes across in the FBI interviews as a disengaged tech user who sees the communication tools as little more than a means to an end. She has, according to multiple aides, never even learned how to use a desktop computer.

Even that article clearly states, even if inadvertently, that Hillary knowingly was doing this shit

Except that what Clinton turned to others for help with wasn’t an Amazon purchase or reading CNN.com: She needed help managing a massive trove of communications about the inner workings of the nation’s diplomacy and national security. Over the course of five years, those emails lived first in her Chappaqua, New York, basement, then later in a data center in New Jersey, then they were FedExed across the country and possibly copied onto a thumb drive before being printed out, sorted and handed back to the State Department in 12 bankers’ boxes.

More dissembling that really is an admission of her guilt:

Clinton didn’t like the idea of carrying around two devices—one for official government work and one for personal or political correspondence, which is discouraged on government accounts. So she opted instead to carry only a single device, a personal BlackBerry, linked to a newly registered email account on a private domain, clintonemail.com, that was run off a recycled server from her unsuccessful presidential bid the year before.

The whole article tries to apologize and dissemble for the Hildabeast. She's fucking guilty as fuck of violating a whole raft of laws on government documents.
