You are conflating so much different stuff without understanding any of it. How's it working for you at the stupid facility?
You don't transmit data ON a server. You transmit it to or from a server. Then having knowledge of classified information is not a crime. You have to remove classified information from its place of storage or give it to unauthorized persons. Emails are stored on a server. Unauthorized persons are those without the proper security clearance.

Can you point out where you said "emails" in this post?

The FBI is corrupt. It's corrupt because Wray is an instrument of partisan politics. Christopher Wray is a corrupt Director of the FBI. Right? That is undeniable.

Wray in turn, does what the DOJ tells him to do. The Attorney General, Merrick Garland runs the DOJ

Merrick Garland obviously is clearly corrupt because he is a politically partisan bureaucrat.

When the DOJ is headed up by a corrupt Attorney General, that is, Merrick Garland, it means that the "Rule of Law in America" is DEAD. Right ?

When the "Rule of Law" is dead, what you have is A "FAILED STATE". Period.

Wray will not hand over any documents - you can bet your bottom dollar on it. And he will not face any contempt of Congress proceeding either.
