FEC: Trump-Stormy case ‘not a campaign finance violation’

Who hates Trump? I find him a disgusting person and not qualified for political office. That is not hate, but wanting America to survive. I do not hate anyone.

No you hate Trump and you hate this country when you vote for democrats

Trump is not being charged with campaign finance violations but with deceptive business practices--claiming payoffs of three people were legal expenses.

If paying off Stormy and not reporting it as a campaign expenditure was not a violation, why did Cohen plead guilty and get prison time?

Good luck with those Misdemeanor charges

You are nearly retarded. You should get someone with great patience to sit down with you and explain things to you. You have such a simple and childish view of the country.

Citizens on a grand jury indicted Trump 34 times on the evidence presented.
You and I have been over this already. You have no idea what that even means, but you believe that the grand jury CONVICTED Trump of 34 felonies. Too funny.

You could do some research to find out what any of that actually means, but I think you already have a good idea that it has no bearing on Trump's guilt or innocence. You are just too steeped in HATE and TDS to think straight, and that you are compelled to say the stupidest crap.

It is funny, though.

That is not what he said. He simply said a grand jury saw the evidence and voted unanimously to recommend a trial. If there was no evidence, they would not have sent the case to trial.

For Fuck's sake people! The Nations Top Election Official Has Overdosed on the Trump Kool-Aid!
What is the Trump Kool-Aid?

Trey Trainor, is pushing baseless conspiracies that the election was stolen from Trump, and he has been doing this since NOV. 2020!
That's a somewhat silly thing for Trainor to say. The election was stolen from We the People, not just from one American.

... a Trump attorney who believes the Fed is out to tank the American economy in order to enrich George Soros.
The attorney might be onto something. The interest rates have been manipulated in ways that seem unlikely to produce the advertised sought-after objectives. There is a thread on JPP dealing with food shortages; those shortages, as well as others, are either caused or are exacerbated by the unusual manipulation of the interest rates. It's definitely worth every JPPer's time to independently take a much closer look at that.

If she says there is rampant voter fraud... I believe her
This article was clearly written by a dishonest leftist; the wording gives it away, specifically the words "rampant" and "voter.". These words are used by the author to assign a bogus position to those who recognize that the election was stolen, and to then mock them for being unable to show this bogus position.

Rampant: the election did not involve rampant fraud nationally. It was stolen via surgical fraud in the handful of locations that would erase Trump's win.

Voter: yes, there was a great deal of voter fraud that occurred in that handful of locations, but the overarching category is "election fraud.". Much of the criminal activity revolved around the arranging of a bogus vote count, including the mass shredding of Trump votes and the injection of mountainous fraudulent Biden votes ... in that handful of locations.

That is not what he said.
Yes, he was very much confused, as I indicated, as are you. Please don't pretend to correct me; you might very well be the stupidest and most dishonest poster on JPP.

No, that would be guno, or ThatOwlCoward.

A grand jury could approve exactly the same trial for you, based on the same complete lack of any direct evidence. The grand jury's indictment of you would NOT stand as any sort of rebuttal to your claims that there is no evidence or to your assurances that the case will eventually be dismissed on those grounds.

In fact, a grand jury, which is a panel of peers, looks at the evidence and decides whether the trial should happen. They voted that the prosecutor has the evidence to continue. Is that difficult for you to understand? A grand jury determines whether or not there is probable cause to believe 1 or more people committed an offense within the venue of te court that seated them. You think only you can make that decision. It is not in your far right wing anti government power to decide. It has been decided.

The really funny thing is Trump could be found “not guilty”, so why are they worried? They must subconsciously believe he’s guilty.

I think if Trump walks, Weisselberg and Cohen will feel fucked over. They followed his orders.

Cohen has felt that way for a long time. His latest book is called "Revenge."

The fact that they pressured Cohen not to testify in 2018 is part of the "Statement of Facts" description that Brag hopes to use to extend the statute of limitations.

You have not seen the evidence the grand jury saw that lead to 34 felony indictments!
You're just running your nickel lip!
If Trump is innocent, then his trial will prove that!

I am going by how Bragg explained it and he refused to say what the charge was that caused the false figures in the audits
