The payment to Stormy Daniels was a crime that Cohen plead guilty to as an illegal campaign contribution.
The payment to McDougal by AMI was an illegal campaign contribution by a corporation that Cohen helped facilitate.
The payment to Cohen by Trump and the Trump Organization was set up to hide the payment to Ms Daniels.

Are you claiming Trump will enter into a plea agreement to avoid trial? He stated he won't do that. Are you calling him a liar?
Trump has labeled himself a liar all by himself. He is a regular liar. His rape trial is coming up in a couple of weeks. He claims to be innocent. Yet he has been fighting giving DNA evidence in court for years. If he is telling the truth, the DNA would exonerate him. So why is he fighting it to death?

This has been run up the flag pole with the US Attorneys, with the NY State AG, and with the prior DA in Manhattan - all of whom found no grounds to prosecute.

It might, but more likely it will be dropped or dismissed at the last second. The goal is to tie Trump up and take him away from campaigning in order to tamper with the 2024 election and destroy democracy.
No one on any side thinks the suit has any merit - it's just political maneuvering and corruption of free elections.

Bragg invented novel ways to try and create a felony out of thin air - and to violate the statute of limitations.
Bragg should be disbarred and held criminally liable for malicious prosecution. Charges brought by the DOJ.
