How about the fact that condoms have double the failure rate of pills?

Differentiate between using the pill to prevent a birth v. to treat a medical problem.
Contraception is medically necessary for both, the question you're dancing around is whether sexually-active students should get it. Furthermore, there would be a co-pay with insurance so nobody's getting something for nothing.
