An explanation of what happens when someone pleads guilty without a trial has no bearing on what happens at a trial where a jury decides guilt. Trump didn't plead guilty so what happens when someone pleads guilty does not apply to his case. In a jury trial the conviction happens when the judge accepts the jury's verdict and that verdict is entered in to the court proceedings.

The jury found Trump guilty of crimes which means they felt the prosecution proved the crimes beyond a reasonable doubt. Which crime that he was convicted of was not clearly laid out? (Evidence doesn't have to be accepted beyond a reasonable doubt which is what you are demanding. Only guilt needs to meet the beyond a reasonable doubt standard.)

The process for someone found guilty by a jury applies to him.
