The government keeps a website of all individual instances of fraud. There are some every election.
The don't even add up to a tiny fraction of the total vote, anywhere - they are statistically inconsequential, and not coordinated. Onesy, twosy stuff. We can say "well, there should be NO fraud," but we're a nation of close to 350 million, and that's actually an impossible thing to guarantee if you understand #'s.
As it is, we have the most secure elections in the world. There is no "massive fraud." That is just something a pathological liar who hates losing got a bunch of people to believe. He also said it in 2016, and called 2012 a "sham."
Sometimes, you just lose elections.
