Fundamentalism

Sounds like nihilism. Who really belongs in the universe?

It's quite the opposite; I propose we actually decrease our footprint and go back to living in harmony with earth. Seeing nature as the one true god, and therefore something we shouldn't fuck with, is as rational as it gets. We have the ability to change.

But we won't. So maybe it's negativity, but not nihilism.

never happened.....though I do recall that you turned your belief that it's okay to kill unborn children into law.........and to turn your belief that men can marry men into law......is that the sort of thing you are referring to......

How the fuck does either law affect you? Other than giving Sailor a vessel to show his true love to you?

The charities they service would have to be paid for by tax dollars otherwise.
Poor example, try again.

They should be. The poor shouldn't have to rely on untaxed churches for their spotty, inconsistent, and usually evangelical "charity".

I see. You never ate something that was once alive.

the question isn't whether it effects me, is it?.......I believe the issue was simply turning your beliefs into law.......which you have done and I have not.....

It is. As usual, you say stuff with no argument.

Okay.

fun·da·men·tal·ism

noun
a form of a religion, especially Islam or Protestant Christianity, that upholds belief in the strict, literal interpretation of scripture.

Does that apply to every Christian denomination?

Why is this, especially Islam or Protestant Christianity, included in the definition?

Ah so your concern is with eugenics and transhumanism?

What about the rest? Such as giving black people and women more freedom and equal rights? That's a part of social evolution.

The Bill of Rights has been around for a minute.

I would say our society is de-evolving, presently.
