So technically he left office in early November, and could be back in early January...You guys are so excited !!!!!!!! You don't think he'll go back to the House? We've only just begun....
He is claiming that the investigation against him would have to start over from scratch, because it was no longer needed while he was out of office. I doubt even his supporters want to go through it again, especially considering this time around it will be harder to cover up.
