Trump is right about this; but not if you are being purposefully set up with a perjury trap. Perjury traps are used in cases that are lacking anything substantive to charge someone with.

This is proof that the Mueller probe is a farce and Trump, ignoring his own statement, would be well served. You don't talk to deep state actors purposefully trying to take down a Presidency.
