This President may just be the first President to never have signed a budget into law and overseen the most massive increase in the debt burden on the American sheeple than any President in this nations history.

If this president chose to follow the normal path of United States Presidents, and operate the nation on a budget, there wouldn't be these recurrent dramas.

Uh, if there was an annual budget the debt ceiling would be taken care of for the year and we wouldn't be having these repetitive episodes.

Don't blame the GOP.

For two years Obama had a House majority and filibuster-proof majority in the Senate, and yet, *STILL* no budget.
