I listened to this poor girl on NPR this. a.m.
Sad what the climate hoaxers have done in brainwashing these kids.
They should be taken away from their parents for child abuse.
And the U.N. gives her a podium and actually listens to this crap pretending to take her seriously for the advancement of Agenda 21.

So glad I raised well adjusted kids.

Nonsense, the post was entirely accurate. Libs are all about child abuse. Convincing kids they have no future, due to "climate change". Telling small children they can change their gender through surgical genital mutilation, and harmful synthetic hormones. Yeah, clearly that's abuse. No normal person could conclude otherwise.

It's always amusing when so-called adults try to pretend that young ppl are not intelligent, aware, and able to make up their own minds about "brainwashing" -- you know, like the brainwashing our Reichwing friends receive every day from Twittler, Fox, Rush, Hannity, et al. Any moment now, my favorite Klingon will be along to dogpile on Ms. Thunberg because she's "so confused." :laugh:

I can recall when they claimed Obama was "indoctrinating" kids because he gave a back to school pep talk.

I raised responsible children!

They are the ones that taught me to recycle, drive more economical cars, and convert my entire home to LED lighting etc.

I am glad they got me going green!
 
The earth is rapidly warming, and after four decades of research by the world's best climate scientists, we know with a very high level of scientific confidence that relentless human emissions of heat-trapping greenhouse gasses is the primary contributor to the rapid warming of the last half century.

Any teabagger still desperately clinging with a death grip to the "It's a hoax!" axiom does not have a leg to stand on.

A 16 year old girl, as well as every millennial on the planet, should be expected to be informed about this, and at a minimum be concerned and have a tangible stake in this.

Climate Deniers overwhelmingly are Old White Guys who will be long dead and gone before this turns into an intractable and serious global environmental problem later this century - if we adopt a "do nothing" attitude . I do not believe Elderly White Guys think this is their fight, nor do they have a stake in it. They do not want to spend money on the problem. And everything I have learned about the rightwing in a 20 year message board career is that their ideology and their personal disposition is almost entirely predicated on a self-interest and self-serving attitude about humanity, the nation, the environment, and the global community,

This is obviously a very depressed child. Her "dreams and childhood have been stolen" because of climate change.
My kids are happy and normally functioning and could give a rat's ass about "climate change".
They played soccer, were on swim teams. One is 30, has a $25,000 truck paid for in full, a 401k, and a mortgage. The other has two happy kids, a good job as a health insurance claims something or other and a husband who is a mechanical engineer. Gives a fuck about "climate change", whatever that is.
This is what the climate hoaxers want - suicidal kids who believe they have no hope. This is why their kids end up on the streets of west coast cities, homeless and drug addicted, skeptical about their own sexuality and gender confused throughout life. They truly believe this is good.

And don't forget the evil Michelle and her evil plot to force America's kids to exercise and eat better diets. Thank the gods that the Cheeseburger-in-Chief came along to restore our freedom to be obese and diabetic!
 
Thunberg- I dare to suggest- will achieve a doctorate well in advance of her years, will contribute extensively to academia, will front NGOs which will channel billions of dollars into the war against the extinction of many forms of life on earth and set up scholarships so that hundreds of thousands of other people can join the fight and emulate her.
She might even play guitar and become the female counterpart of Big Bob.

Nah- that's hoping for too much.

That is good. Carbon dioxide is good for photosynthesis. Do you inject compressed CO2 in your greenhouse? That's what commercial nurseries do. Composted garbage makes great fertilizer.
