Like who? Al Gore? He's the laughing stock of the world.Future generations will look upon her as a visionary, and as being way ahead of her time.
Or else? doomsday predictions have existed since at least biblical days. I'm still waiting. It's too bad that we can't set aside the 'global warming' part of this debate. It's become too politically charged, and distracting. The signs that we are not producing or consuming energy in any kind of sustainable way, or in a way that is healthy for the planet, are completely undeniable. We can 't continue this course for another 20-30 years, much less for generations.
Adaptability. Life has always been able to adapt. We do need to start thinking in terms of long-termsustainability.
Not the least of which was math, physics and engineering.Climate alarmists are the real science deniers. They deny the Stefan-Boltzmann law and the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics. As the slogans say, there is no Planet B. We sent dudes to the moon within a few years of thought and effort.
Efforts in improving the health of the planet would be far better spent cleaning up the oceans, e.g.We can tackle this one in a way that IMPROVES the economy and the health of the planet. It's not a zero sum game.
