"Grrr I hate it so much when loans are forgiven"

Well there wouldn't be as many on the streets as there are with local and sheriff departments today, and those federal and state agencies largely aren't patrollers, they're investigators.

The GBI is a totally legitimate state agency that doesn't abuse its power because the powers given to it are investigative, not patrol or seeking out crime to patrol.

You understand the difference between patrolling and investigating, right?

Patrolling doesn't solve crime, it doesn't stop crime, and I argue it invites crime.

The Blue Knight disagrees, fruit.

And you expressed yours and I expressed mine. What is the problem?

Your anger. When reasonable people lose their ability to reason, it's a curiousity to me.

You become emotional about the Party of Trump. It's a curious phenomenon. What's the attraction for you?

IMO, they're a bunch of evil assholes.

I do not become angry. I seldom get angry or mad. I have expressed my opinion about Trump supporters believing all his lies and his support being based on conspiracies and paranoia about government plots. It is sad for America but also interesting.

I take offense when posters lie about me or what I said or deny things they posted. But it just rolls off my back. I don't take myself very seriously.

What did I say that indicated an inability to reason? I am not at all partisan so I don't get emotionally attached to any party crap.

Awesome!

Agreed about Trump's lies and his sheeple swallowing those lies.

People who become upset are letting emotion dominate reason. It's natural to an extent. The more superior the intellect, the less emotional they become.

People lie about others daily on JPP. Almost all of them are very emotional about it. It's why they lie that interests me. The motivation to lie and spread hate about someone they barely know.

FWIW, text is the worst form of communication. It misses most common cues like inflection, tone, facial expressions, body language, etc. Misunderstandings are common and nothing to become upset about.

Fuck your bullshit meme and opinion, liar.

When the US Treasury loses 20% of its assets, that's a serious concern for Americans.

"Those figures have exploded since 2009. The U.S. Department of the Treasury revealed in its 2020 annual report that student loans accounted for nearly 20% of all U.S. government assets.7"

81% of the $800B PPP Loan Program was forgiven by the time this article was published this past spring.

Not a peep about it from Conservatives or BoTHsiDerISTs here on JPP, and that shit's been going on since the summer of 2020.

Two Years Later, Was The PPP Worth It?
https://www.forbes.com/advisor/business-loans/ppp-two-year-anniversary/

The average PPP loan forgiveness was around $95,000.

Conservatives and BoTHSiDerIsTs are running their big, fat, fuckin mouths about forgiving $400B in student loans after those same dipshit Conservatives and BOtHSiDeRiSTS forgave $650B in PPP loans.

Couldn't pay for your own loan? :rofl2:

Whoa...where are you getting that from?

I agree with much of that post.
But not the highlighted part.

My brother got a degree in Physics from Cal Berkeley.
And that bunch he hung out with were certainly brainiacs and FULL of strong emotions.

And I can think of plenty of people I met at university (and in my life) who were plenty bright and highly emotional.
Or in the public eye.

I don't think lack of emotion shows greater intelligence - in the slightest.

Brilliant people are just as passionate as idiots.

I think a lot of the posters whose posts all contain foul language, insults, personal attacks are not really on here for politics but have personal issues and anger they need to take out on others. Some people did not go through a rebellious period as a teen and that bitterness and need to find demons to explain the world's problems and their own problems.

Many political message board users are older retired guys like myself and they all believe things are much worse than when they were young and are convinced their world is being replaced by less educated, less moral, less religious, less white people who do not care about doing a good job. They predict a collapse of the nation and think we are near the End of Days. They need to tell us about these shortcomings daily.

I sit around a coffee shop 2-3 days per week with some old guys who tell about how a good beating is what today's youth need because that is what they got. Then, they tell stories about how they went out drinking, sneaking out of the house, lying to their parents, and get in all kinds of trouble despite how these whippings supposedly kept them in line.

Be happy or partying isn't what I'm referencing, kid. I'm talking about the angry douchebags you see daily on JPP.

Are any of your brainiacs angry douchebags throwing dishes and challenging people to fight?

QED, Matt. :)

The rest of the post you cut was the relevant part, you dishonest cocksuck!

If you weren't being a dishonest stupid douchebag, you'd be nothing at all.

You claimed you did not say he would cancel the election but you lied.

No I didn't, Flash.

Anyone can see the thread for themselves and see that it came after my 4/8 prediction because that is how linear time works.

You're so desperate to drag me down to your level of shit instincts, poor judgment, rotten character, and broken moral compass because *I* pointed out that your assurances about Roe were bullshit...so you had to then rip posts of mine out of context to prove that you're not the only one with all those negative traits; so this tantrum of yours is all about your bruised and fragile fucking ego.

So childish.

And you're also a gigantic egomaniac because you have absolutely no education or knowledge on economics, which is why you never source any of the garbage you say here about it, nor can you even defend the garbage you post here without trying to change the subject to my instincts because yours turned out to be trash.

Yes, thankfully they failed..

Right, but you denied that they were even going to try.

That's the whole reason behind my posts, Flash...my posts were about how they were going to try to do it, and what they had already done to achieve that goal.

You were adamant that they weren't even going to TRY to cancel the election, which is why you kept trying to get me to make a prediction as to whether or not they would succeed. Then when it became clear that they were in fact trying to cancel the election, you moved the bar to whether or not they would succeed, but I never took that bait. All I did was post on 4/27/20 about what they had ALREADY DONE and what they will likely do to achieve the goal.

You tried to exercise your juvenile sophistry over and over but you kept failing because I wasn't falling for your bait.

That clearly upset you because you're used to having people accommodate your bad faith, so when I didn't you felt the need to decontextualize what I said, focusing on a singular semantic phrasing, abandoning all concepts of linear time, and you did it simply because you couldn't stand the fact that I used the reversal of Roe as the evidence of your poor instincts.

That got so deep under skin that you had to find a post of mine that you could use to drag me down to your level, but you failed because you got too emotional.

Oh, and Trump did try to delay the election out of phony safety concerns (From a tweet of his on 7/30/20). Didn't I say in that post you keep screeching about that the third step was to cancel the election out of safety concerns?

“With Universal Mail-In Voting (not Absentee Voting, which is good), 2020 will be the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history. It will be a great embarrassment to the USA. Delay the Election until people can properly, securely and safely vote???!”

So Flash, it sure looks like I was pretty fucking accurate when it came to Trump's attempt to cancel the election.
