I was saving that one; because if anyone says anything against abortion the chant is "Their body, their choice" and yet, the same chanters are pushing for control of someone else's choice(s).

It looks a lot like NYC. A lot of New Yorkers don't own cars, and get around just fine. You'll find the same in large metropolitan areas around the world. When I was stationed in West Berlin I didn't have a car, and I had no trouble getting around. And you're the only one insisting on absolute measures like "without automobiles". Totally lost in black-and-white thinking. No wonder only other control freaks can take you seriously.

Without guns, the U.S would quickly turn into a 3rd world shithole. And there would be plenty of guns. But only the criminals would have them.

A bit more rare and a more complicated mechanism, so not as popular. Of course, I don't think its worth getting that fat to have a bumpstock either! It's easy enough to just use rubber sponge, a belt loop, or most anything else to act like a bumpstock.
I find a semiautomatic action is just fine for my purposes. I'd rather aim and shoot and not waste ammo like that.

This is what a lot of "complainers", don't realize; because from some of the posts, they really believe that you can just go on line and have a firearm shipped directly to you.
But then, there are some that think someone can just drive across a state line and bring back a "trunk full" of weapons.
They don't even bother to educate themselves about the regulations they constantly bitch about.
You CAN go across State lines and bring back a trunk full of weapons. Of course, you can buy them in your State too. You can even buy them in the Territory of California, where guns are illegal.
Whether you want to ignore gun laws or not, that's another matter. The criminals sure don't care. Also remember that many of these laws are themselves illegal.

They may not own cars, but they still use cars and other vehicles.
People want vehicles to get around. Nothing wrong with that! People want guns to shoot. Nothing wrong with that!
Domer76 is actually proposing a dictatorship with him in charge so he can take away both guns and cars. He doesn't realize that people will have them anyway. They will simply build new ones and dispose of him (in a rather uncomfortable fashion, I would expect!).
