I'd still say to give fidget spinners a try for your seemingly deep rooted anger issues... Spin that thing as hard as you can and watch it go round and round and round... It mainly helps to redirect nervous energy, but I think it might help with diverting anger issues as well...

You could even type "fidget spinner" into Google and it'll bring up a virtual one for you to try. You can use your mouse to spin it as slow or as fast as you'd prefer, and you can even click on it to instantly stop it from spinning. It's quite a lot of fun!

If, after playing around with the virtual one, you are interested in acquiring a physical one, I'm sure you could find them rather cheap on Amazon.
