Not all States have remained in the past and those that have moved forward have no permit laws.

you're missing what is being inferred. if carrying a gun is a right, but the state can charge for that 'permit' to carry said gun, how is it a right? Murdock v. commonwealth of PA is a case that the USSC decided a state could not charge a license, fee, or tax to exercise a right.

laughing at you for still spreading this bullshit story. The Fast and Furious story I've been posting about for over a year now should tell you you're wrong. As for any guns going to Mexico, you should ask the ATF why they did this.

What population of the public do you think are packing in public. Even in the open states? It is not a high percentage. If it were, then it would be more noticeable. Do not think that a criminal is discouraged if he thinks you are packing. Sure some criminals will look for easy pickings but a hardened criminal will not hesitate to hold you up at knife point and take your gun.

WOW! i thought I was pretty clear. If the wild west where everyone owned guns and basically had street justice worked so well? Why did they stop the practice? Why dont you see everyone walking around with their guns on their belts?

Its possible. Only the die hard racists do not conceal their racism and they are usually found in heavily white populated areas, where they feel safe to express so. Like the saying goes. When does a nigger become a nigger? When he leaves the room.
