According to Daily Mail (UK), the court report mentions that the victim identified George as the criminal, tallest of all the robbers, who pressed a pistol to her stomach and forced his way into the house. George Floyd’s height was 6 foot 6 inches.

Floyd isn't on trial here, Chauvin is...how can you watch that 9 minute video and not conclude those four cops murdered Floyd?

I guess it's "duty of care" when in "custody", had he banged his head flopping around he could be held liable, then again, he killed him instead.

I personally think we train cops very wrong.

Because it shows before that he was already in respiratory distress, manslaughter maybe, but Chauvin was using approved methods according to his training! With Floyd's violent past, maybe Chauvin felt compelled to keep him down!

You haven't watched the video, have you?

He wasn't in respiratory distress prior to being subdued on the road...he was struggling before when they were trying to load him into the back of the SUV, and it took four of them to do that...so he wasn't having respiratory distress until after your "very fine people" put the knee to his neck.

Not when he stood on that neck for 9 minutes with half a dozen people (including a trained EMT) screaming at him to get up. He just stared at them with that Trump dead eye look that is common among your kind, it even looked like he was taking pleasure in what he was doing at times.

That's what the witnesses say, and that's what the video clearly shows.

Chauvin didn't know about Floyd's past, all Chauvin and his three "Very fine people" knew was the situation before them, and all of them killed him...Chauvin killed him by putting his knee on Floyd's neck, and the other three cops killed him by preventing anyone from performing medical care.

In absence of toxicology and coroner reports that would have a better chance of standing. Also, in absence of underlying causes of death it’s doubtful Floyd would have died from a neck restraint regardless of how long it went on.

No evidence of trauma. The case is more complicated than it’s been reported to be.
