We both know judicial appointees never give their opinion about hypothetical cases during their confirmation hearings. If you read Dobbs you will see that they gave a lot of support to precedent.
Obergefell overturned a 1972 case. Did those justices lie about supporting precedent and did you yell and scream about overturning precedent?

Flash seems to forget that all it takes for SCOTUS to hear a case is the consent of 4 justices...he makes a big deal out of Kavanaugh and Alito, but seems to forget that they are just 2 of 6 Nazi judges, and the other four will simply choose to hear cases that further erode our rights because that's what they're setting out to do.
Also, as we've seen, Roberts Court isn't bound to anything they have said before.
