You have no clue whether the SC wants to "erode" all those decisions. The party would be committing political suicide for any state to prohibit interracial marriage, contraception, the freedom to send your child to a private school, or forced sterilization.

You just had Republicans vote to support the gun control bill because their consultants told them they were losing support in the suburbs and that is where the greatest support for gun control occurs.

In their hearings, they said Roe was settled precedent, but in their decision released last week, they reversed that.

So they told you one thing at your confirmation hearing, but then told you a different thing when they got the job.

Of course I do...Thomas wrote it out plainly for everyone while Beer Keg and Penis Head lied in their confirmation hearings about Roe being settled precedent/law.

Then you have Conservatives passing laws outlawing emergency contraception in places like Missouri...that will probably get challenged and it will go all the way to SCOTUS where they will invalidate the right to privacy for contraceptives along the exact lines Thomas laid out in his Concurrent opinion on Dobbs.

They don't need Beer Keg or Penis Head to hear the challenge to that law, for instance.

So you're exaggerating when you say you "just had Republicans vote to support the gun control bill" because only 2% of House Republicans supported it and only 30% of Senate Republicans support it.

Only 2% of Republicans voted for it in the House (5 members) and only 30% voted for it in the Senate (15 members).

The overwhelming majority of Republicans voted against the gun control bill.
