Leave God out of this. What's happening in this country today has nothing to do with how people are born, this is a political issue.

I agree with everything except the 'born gay/straight' part.
I think some people are born straight or gay or bi.
I do not believe that everyone who calls themselves 'gay' was born 'gay'.
Though probably most of them were.

Also, I agree that many conservatives have a terrible attitude towards homosexuality.

But I also think that many on the left currently have a horrible attitude towards Political Correctness/canceling/etc..

There is fault on both sides.

Agreed. The term "abnormal" in psychology simply means "Outside the expected norm". It's not a value judgement even though uneducated idiots often use it that way.

Since about 93% of people identify as purely heterosexual, that's the "norm". Anything outside of it is "abnormal". Even if 25% of Gen Z identify as LBGT (Bisexual), the remaining 75% means they are still outside the norm.

Genetics, evolution and statistics aside, we're all equal under the Constitution and, for the Christians, in the eyes of God.

Disagreed for the simple reason that "preference" is innate, but behavior is about choice. A heterosexual male can have homosexual sex in prison. Once out of prison, he goes back to heterosexual behavior because of a preference for women over men. There's homosexual acts and there's homosexual preference.

As noted previously, about 25% of Gen Zers identify as bisexual. Whether that's experimentation or actual preference, I don't know. HS schools practicing kissing on a sleepover is a homosexual act, but if they prefer to kiss boys, they are heterosexual regardless of behavior.

actually I've read that part as well......but doesn't that mean you agree that homosexual relations are a sin and that those engaging in it need salvation?.......

have you forgotten the premise of the OP?........I have never claimed I have not sinned, I have never claimed homosexuality is a sin, I have never claimed homosexuals or any other people who have sinned have not been offered salvation through Christ......this thread has gone on for 24 pages for the sole reason that you won't acknowledge the simple fact that homosexuality is an abnormality.......
