Very true. Their structure is very similar. Though with some (you and I both know on another forum), the buzzwords get so bad that's all it is. Just random words. It oft times has no discernible structure at all.

Well, the Bible, the foremost authority on sin, says it is a sin. And, even if you're born homosexual, it's still abnormal. There are two genders - male and female. Normal, for the biological design to be effective and continue a species, is for the opposite sexes to be attracted to each other. Anything other than that is, by definition, abnormal.

Correct on all counts.

My first substantial memory of thinking/learning about politics was the 2000 Presidential election between Bush Jr and Gore. I remember reading some literature about each candidate for some class in school. Of course, that particular literature made Gore sound better than Bush.

It wasn't too long after that moment that I learned from my parents what Demonkkkrats are all about, and have since gotten into politics even more-so than they ever have, and I have always been a conservative ever since. My conservative views have only been reinforced over time via self-study and awareness of political history, the Holy Bible, and current events.
