Why are you so certain, Sybil? If my wife were online here, there's no fucking way I could be certain she didn't have two or more accounts. Why are you so certain about gfm7571 and IBDa?

Sybil isn't here. No one can talk to your imaginary friend for you. She exists only in your head.

SCOTUS cannot interpret or change the Constitution.

Are you a fucking moron or just insane, Sybile? Seriously? That's my main interest with you. There are a lot of stupid people on this forum, which makes them boring. The insane ones hold more interest for me.

Considering the scope of your manifesto, I truly believe you are not stupid.

BTW, dumbass, you're wrong:

As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution.

Hello Dutch,

I'm not a fucking lawyer either, but you are smart enough to know that the Consitution isn't just the words in print, but the intent behind them.

You obviously believe the Constitution gives us our rights and limits our rights. I disagree since the purpose of the Constitution was to empower a Federal government to carry out duties like protect the nation from Limey or Frog invaders and make foreign treaties.

Frog invaders?

You do know we don't have a USA without the French, right? They were instrumental in helping the founders set up the USA.

Fuck the French, dear. They didn't help the US out of froggish altruism, and anyone who believes they did should read more history between France and England. Like Trump, they only served themselves when "helping" the Americans fight the Limeys. LOL

As a side note, ask Native Americans what they think about the French and English. :rofl2:

The Court does not have authority to interpret or change the Constitution. The Supreme Court cannot claim authority it doesn't have. False authority fallacy.

Okay. I am Native American. While this is not the revolutionary war right now, history records that some of them supported England, some support France, and some supported the Patriots.
As for me, I support the Constitution of the United States (which you discard) and the constitutions of the various States (which you discard). I despise Democrats, which took indian land and killed their men purely for personal gain, and made women and children march long distances to reservations. I despise the welfare system the Democrats put the indians under using these reservations. What Democrats have done to the indians is a crime against humanity.

^^^ See how he waffle's and dances instead of admitting he was wrong? A good sign of a very weak man or, IMO, one who isn't completely whole.

Wrong on interpretation, Sybil, as previously proved, but fun to see you move the goal posts on "change the Constitution". That's correct.

Sybil isn't here. Since you discard and deny the Constitution, you have no understanding of what authority the Supreme Court (or any court) has. No court can interpret the Constitution. No court can change the Constitution. No court has the authority to do either.

Sybil, ask your doctors for a medication change because whatever they are giving you isn't working.

What blather.

Over the last 25 years?

Add up all the people murdered in terrorist attacks in America from 'white supremacist terrorists'?

And those who died thanks to Islamic terrorists?

The latter total will be miles, MILES higher.

I despise white supremacists and have nothing against probably 95% of all Muslims.

But where have you people been for the last 25 years?

Sheesh!!!!
