If the "welfare" programs are unconstitutional then so is corporate welfare And I seriously think you would find it difficult to prove they are unnecessary since they have been in the country from the beginning.

So, private sector businesses should not be allowed to maximize their profits? Businesses should not be allowed to expand and HIRE MORE PEOPLE?!! Another fucking stupid response from the useful idiot. Corporations are welcome to do what they want with THEIR money. However, tax incentives which involve taxpayer dollars is not THEIR money. That is what private investors are for. The taxpayer receives nothing from the deal, and the wealthy get wealthier. We saw that with the "robber barons" of the 20's, and in the 1880's it was the railroad s. Now they pay farmers not to grow a crop, and pay ranchers for livestock lost in a snowstorm.

401K plans own about 1/6th of the US stockmarket. I am not sure your the rich are getting richer takes into account that 1) employees are seeing a lot of deferred income via employer contributions and 2) they are also seeing deferred wealth that will not be realized until they are no longer workers.

Because another state might have a better idea than you. And that's the beauty of a states laboratory of ideas, the best ones rise tgo the top and get adopted by other states and if they don't, the people of the state are free to vote with their feet and go where they agree with how a particular state operates and is run. What makes little to no sense is "One Size Fits All 50 States." every state has individual issues of its own.

2/3's of employees cannot afford a 401K, and only 13% of employers even offer the plan. 85% of the stock market is owned by less then 10% of the population. So, how is the working class profiting from a 401K?

Mine was up 40% last year. Down currently 3% this year so that be like 37% in 2 years. If you "cannot afford" a 401K then you have a spending problem.

Apparently you never understood that "ADMINISTRATION" particularly by government is total "REGULATION" by government. Government is force by definition and corruption by nature. They'll control basically who lives and who dies. They'll decide who gets particular medications and who doesn't. They'll control doctors, nurses and other "HEALTHCARE" providers wages, vacation and sick time and pay. They'll control how much government supplied money a hospital can have. Their unelected bureaucrats will run the whole show. That friend is HOW they'll affect your "HEALRTHCARE."

Thanks for the link friend, I'll be looking up the healthcare systems of those small countries to see how many of them are single payer countries and to also find out how much of their GDP they spend on their own national defense.

But you're wrong, many welfare recipients receive more economic rewards in government assistance than they ever pay in taxes, thus, they pay no tax by cancelation. Drug pushers pay no taxes because they profit tax free and so many live in Mexico.
