Good lord....that's been their nickname since they had one place on High Street and a second in Westerville (a suburb of Cbus). It's short for B-W3. Which was short for their original name Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck.

BWW struck the Puget Sound Region a few years ago, and now has a branch in every major suburb, it seems. Of course, the nearest Hooters is a bit out-of-the-way, unless I was coming home from work. That said, I feel as though it would be easier to tell the wife that I'm going to BWW than to Hooters.
