I thought the religious right hated Catholics?

If someone looks white and they aren't Jewish, they're white.
Aside from all people looking the same, i.e. with their eyes, I have never seen a white person. I have only seen one black person; he was a Haitian and this dude's skin was actually black when the lights were relatively low.

Many times I have heard people like yourself refer to certain people as being white ... and those people are not white. "White" must be a label for a class of people with certain physical features that do not include the color white.

So ... how can I make my kids experts on determining whether they or others are "white ethnicity" and should be allowed to immigrate? Obviously I don't want them immigrating if they shouldn't.

*christians... (fixing that for you)
*Christians... (fixing that for you)

I do know that the church I grew up in would say that "most Catholics" are not Christian, but some are... It would depend on whether they are "born again" and Catholic or if they are not to that group of folks. However, they would not assume that just because you are Catholic you are not Christian.

The "No True Scotsman" fallacy has become a staple of Christian denominations.

1) Member of [insert Christian denomination A] will proudly announce that all it takes to be a Christian is to accept Jesus as your personal Savior (or something along those lines).
2) Someone else will point out that [insert competing Christian denomination B] also believe that.
3) Member of [insert Christian denomination A] will respond "No TRUE Christian would believe [insert some trivial aspect of Christian denomination B]."

It would seem to me that declaring someone to be "non-Christian" would entail specifying which of Jesus' commandments were being violated. For example, ThatOwlCoward worships other gods (specifically those of the Global Warming pantheon) which is a violation of Jesus' first commandment. ThatOwlCoward is clearly not Christian.

On that point, I was in the library reading about the classic ThatOwlCoward stepping on Jesus before the goddess Climate and I just had to copy it out of the manuscript.

I'm not a Christian, but I do know Matthew 7: 1-3 (actual "red" words of Christ in the Bible they made me keep). And I would underline that if I were a pastor. This "you're not a true Christian" because <insert "sin" I particularly don't like here> will only backfire on you. You get it back the same way you applied it... at least according to that God you purport to follow.

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
