On a divided highway, you should be doing the speed limit or up to four over in the travel lane. If someone is going slower and you need to pass them, do so briskly. Cops don't have any problem with you speeding up to seven or nine over to do that.

Once again, this thread is about the types of driving people do every day. You probably do these things too. If a minor traffic infraction is a crime, the cop would have to read or recite your Miranda warnings. Of course, more serious infractions rise to the level of crimes.
