It's predominately Liberals. Libertarians and Conservatives have integrity and stick to principles, regardless of whether it hurts the party. You might have a point that some Republicans are agenda-driven to this degree, but this is the case with virtually all liberals.

Sorry, it's not BS, it's the truth. Do you not recall all of the hoopla liberals raised about Gitmo, US military presence in the ME and elsewhere, deaths of innocent civilians due to indiscriminate bombs? Well, Gitmo is still open, the secret drone program has been implemented, thousands of innocent civilians are being killed by our bombs daily, our military is now operating in three additional countries. What hoopla have we heard about this from Liberals? *crickets*

Do you not recall the angst and anger over the spending and debt under Bush? Well, Obama tripled it, and we don't hear a peep from Liberals now. These are all examples of things the liberals claimed to support or were opposed to, and were going to change, when they elected Obama, but nothing changed. Instead, it was all made marginally worse. ... but that's okay, the liberal agenda presses on!

I do remember a whole bunch of conservatives that said the Patriot Act would only be used against terrorism related crimes, until it worked out so well for drug related crimes, then conservatives were all like 'well why shouldn't we use it for that'????? no dixie, conservatives lie about their agendas all the time as well.

No the 3% would make sure it happened although it might not be public knowledge.

It would probably be best to have a certain amount of spots that were determined by lottery. Just think about how much the government could take in if the top prize was immortality.
