IF the CDC announced tomorrow...

Are you saying that you wouldn't remove your mask, or that you think others generally wouldn't remove their masks?
I'm saying I wouldn't remove mine overnight. I don't think it can go away that quickly. I don't care what others do, I only worry about what I'm doing.

... that the "pandemic" was "over", and that mask wearing was no longer "recommended" (or "necessary"), would you stop wearing one?
I think many will continue wearing the face diaper to show they are democrats in public. Kinda like when they wore diaper pins.

I think some will continue wearing the white hoods to show they are Republicans in public.

I would not believe them. I would need to see evidence of the pandemic ending, followed by the CDC announcing it was over.

I probably will continue to wear masks as a fashion statement. I have several Steelers masks. I'd wear em because fuck the other teams that's why. They got a problem with it? They can come at me bro.

I wouldn't have to, since I already stopped. On the other hand, I might not even notice the CDC uttered something since I no longer listen to what they have to say other than casually.

During the Trump pandemic, we sailed through the seasonal flu because most of us who left the house wore masks and social distanced. Next year, if you feel fluish, you should mask up out of respect for others.
