Jarot.....have you found any support for you claim in the OP that Trump has taken the Fifth in the past?.........or do you plan on admitting you lied......

You fundamentally misunderstand the fifth. You can’t use it in a civil case (or criminal case unless you are the target) just randomly, otherwise everyone who wanted to avoid testifying would just plead the fifth.

It’s not unethical for me to point out what it means to plead the fifth.

You do not have the right to remain silent if what you would say is not incriminating.

Bill Clinton could not have taken the fifth because having sex with Monica was not a crime.

You can’t take the fifth because you are afraid you might commit perjury.

It is not a civil case when they are trying to criminally charge him. This was the reason that Clinton lied during his testimony, BTW and why he lost his license. He was not at a criminal trial.

Basically, if you tried to use "he wouldn't talk to us" as a reason to bring him to trial you would not just be dismissed out of hand you would be chastised and probably censured. Exercising Constitutional rights is not something you can pretend can incriminate someone.
