This is ridiculous. Capitalism's superstructure has nothing to do with folks acting in one anothers' interests - it enforces greed, advancement at the expense of others, and discourages collective action. You merely need to look at the leading capitalist intellectuals to figure this out. It is, as engels says, a form of exploitation, whither through surplus value, or the denial of the right to work. And it is by nature anti-democratic, due to the privatization/centralization of production and media. "Fettering" doesn't change any of that.
Communism, socialism, and so on, provide democracy through all aspects of life. That's all they are. Not the crazy straw men you throw around.
