As I just proved for the 693th time tonight what they do can be done very easily and fast with much much better quality at home.

How does paying the people who own Taco Bell(s) what they want make sense?

Note: I am still bitter about some really low quality food.

Too often they just dont give a fuck.

Anything really good takes time and effort to prepare or produce. It's just fact.

Avoid the shitty tacos, and stick to the quesaritos, chalupas, and certain burritos, and you will be satisfied. If you are feeling in the mood for tacos, go literally anywhere else (even Jack in the Box).

The Clown Place is AOK in my books!

My Go Too is to start with chorizo, the kind that has lymph nodes and salivary glans, and some kind of bean......everything after that is optional.

Super hot chilis are almost not optional.

I might mention that I am cooking on my new Wolf.

Thanks Top for cheering me on.

I have my eye on U!

Speaking of optional.

Any one have a tried and true Quesadilla recipe?

BESIDES CHICKEN, which I will be cooking AGAIN tonight.

Looked at the foodnetwork.com, allrecipes.com, you tube, etc.

Nothing seems to pop.

Thanks in advance.

I'm sure I will hear from Earl on this one.

Deep freezers is the old becoming new again.

They've got a nice scholarship program...and they'll give us coupons to give to the kids;) Your purchase helps the program....I ate there one time when checking up on a student, long ago...It was OK...Don't do fast food as a rule, though I do love a Filet O' Fish with extra tartar sauce from Mickey D's...

That's what they are saying, I'm in Florida, I think those processors were in the midwest.

We have plenty of processors and plenty of chickens.

Not sure if we will be affected.....................YET.

We make fried chicken thighs, dice them up, pesto with sundried tomatoes, caramelized onions, shredded cheese (or ricotta/goat cheese combination...you can add pico, avocado...just depends what you like....
There are also pretty good flavored tortillas....or better yet, buy homemade from your local tortilla lady....
