Is Trump Really on Track to Win Re-Election?

Polls are meaningless. Polls had him losing by a wide margin to Clinton. Those polls were wrong.

So you did not follow the poll during Daffy's election. She had a substantial lead, about 8 percent, until Comey held the press conference that made Trump president. That speech slashed her lead and all the real polls were within margins. The polls were correct.

That should be Putin's puppet tRump on board to scheme to be lawlessly re hacked, re rigged and for the electoral college to be lawlessly re rigged in favor of this global tyrant and Putin puppet. This is considering the majority voter did not vote for your darling Putin puppet and criminal against humanity tRump in 2016 and it is highly likely that more will not vote for the despot in 2020 after giving his own supporters the shaft who are feeling the pain now. tRump 20 to life in prison! Vote blue and no matter who, so long as they are not fake democrats or liars.

Trump is a true gentleman with the ladies!

Ask his ex wives. he cheated on all of them. He has cheated on Melania many, many times. Trump has the same respect for marriage vows, the law and the constitution that he has for Melania. None. She is a prop, a trophy wife 5 lbs away from learning what he prenup is worth.

There is no "the poll". Did you mean 'polls'?

Press conferences do not elect Presidents.

That speech slashed her lead and all the real polls were within margins. The polls were correct.
She never had a lead to begin with. It was media propaganda. Polls are meaningless.

Yes, Trump did. Trump won 304-227 (7 electors voted for other candidates).

304/538 = 56.5% ... That is a majority.

Remember, we do not elect Presidents by popular vote.

The electoral college is not the vote of the people. It is a throwback to the day of the founders to buy off slave states. It is long past its shelf life.

They already have fucked it up. They are unwilling to support a candidate with a reasonable head on their shoulders, such as Tulsi Gabbard. They instead wish to support candidates who grope little girls, can't remember where they are, can't form coherent sentences, lie about their race to get ahead, sleep their way to power, etc...

They already appeared that way in 2016. That's why they lost ground in the Midwest States... They are seemingly doubling down on this position for 2020.

Correct. See above.

Precisely.

You're forgetting something. Back in 2015-16 trump didn't have a track record. All he had was a lot of big promises, exaggerations and bragging. Now it's almost three years later and the track record he has is not so great. I suspect a lot of those who voted for trump in 2016 might be having second thoughts now.

sad you know so little of history.......the big slave states like Virginia were among the ones the small non slave states like Vermont Maine and New Hampshire didn't trust......the electoral college was intended to protect the non slave states.....

If Democrats fuck this up, they deserve to lose.

My greatest fear is if the Democrats appear to be the Anti-Worker Party. Supporting the importation of Third World Labor to replace them, is NOT a Winning Strategy.
Oh, and to the people that may not know this, Black people work for a Living too. Black people won't be voting for some idiot that wants to give their Jobs to a Mexican.

Or provide free health care to illegal immigrants which all Democratic candidates said they favored.

And because there was no real support at the constitutional convention for a popular vote just as they did not provide for a popular vote for Senate or judiciary.

The most popular method was to have Congress choose the president.

Not by a wide margin. The average of the Real Clear Politics polls had Clinton leading 46% v. 44%. The final result was 48% to 46%. The polls were very close within the 3% margin of error.
