That is not the point. The point is Israel is a sovereign nation and has the right to defend itself. The Palestinians have had numerous opportunities to become a state and refused.

Neither party accepted the borders, making the partition useless. Let me get this straight. If the UN partitioned America and gave Mexico all the southern US states? How many Americans would accept it without a fight? The hypocrisy is sickening!

I guess it's might makes right. The Union kicked the crap out of the confederacy and now they are the bitch of the north.

I say and international law states! That is why the Israelis don't want Palestinians joining the International court, because they know war crimes and crimes against humanity will be brought up the very next day!

The UN made a two state offer in 1948, Israel took up the offer. The Pals rejected it and Israel was attacked. Go fuck yourself.
