Then you are unfamiliar with Scripture!!!GOD created the earth and Man in 6 days!!!
The Bible does not state this. You have misinterpreted the Scripture.
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.
5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—
the first day.
How much human concept of time passed between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2? Any idea? How about between Gen 1:2 and 1:3? Of course, you don't have an answer, because it doesn't say what amount of time transpired, in fact, it wasn't until the 5th verse we even had the concept of "days" in the story. There may have been billions of years that passed, God may have created billions of other things in that time, he may have created and destroyed dinosaurs. We don't know because The Bible doesn't say.
So any subsequent argument about timelines fall apart right here. There is no defined timeline, it is derived by people who mistranslated the Scripture, to draw conclusions that simply aren't presented.
Aslo the Bible has ages of all the Ancestors that date back to Adam. Add them all up and see what number you get! Around 7000 years give or take.
Again, aside from the HUGE potential gaps in time between creation and Adam, there are also huge unexplained gaps of time in the Biblical record. You can't add up unknowns. We don't know how many years passed in some cases, it is not clearly defined in the Scripture.
Yet scientists say that the earth is millions of years old.
Again, go back to Gen 1:1-5... tell me how much "time" passed? A minute? An hour? Ten billion years? It is not until Gen 1:5 that "days" were even created, so how can you have "years" without days? How can you have minutes or seconds or hours? Lots of things for you to justify here before you go claiming this all happened in a day.
Lets not talk about Noah's ark. The story is laughable and only and uneducated dim whit(deceived) or deceiver would acknowledge the story as truth! Same thing with the parting of the red sea. They probably caused a dam to momentarily cut off a river and when they passed over they let the river run again. Cutting off access to the Egyptians.
Lots of stories in the Bible are laughable when you take them out of context and draw presumptions that aren't there. What's with all the "this probably happened, and that probably happened" stuff? Sounds like you are trying to logically explain something that was indeed possible. Doesn't sound like something laughable to me, sounds like something plausible, and you trying to explain it. A lot of the stories presented in the Bible are handed down through generations, told and retold, in a time when there wasn't television or photographs. In order for the teller of a story to make his/her point, a lot of 'flexibility' was given in how the story was told. I don't want to use the word 'embellished' because that denotes a bit of a 'tall tale' and I don't think it was that, as much as just the way stories were told. I think a lot of people on both 'sides', religious and anti-religious, make the mistake of interpreting Biblical stories literally, in every detail. There is a dramatic difference in how humans communicate today, versus thousands and thousands of years ago, before we had the ability to express thought and imagination with imagery, when the written or spoken word had to carry the drama and action of the story.
Do you want to keep going? I haven't even begun!
I don't want you to bother continuing to make a fool of yourself by misinterpreting the Scriptures.
Things that happened thousands of years ago are irrelevant today you idiot. If that is the case, get the fuck off of Native Indian land!
I am a Native Indian, you want to get the fuck off my land?
OHHHHH because there was a jewish genocide in Germany, means it is acceptable for them to ethnically cleanse(commit genocide)the Palestinians from their land????? You fucking stupid GOAT evangelicals!!! You are the most deceived of them all, but hey, the serpent has been deceiving from the very beginning! And who is the brood, sons of the serpent??? Think hard!!!!
The Jews haven't "ethnically cleansed" anyone, as far as I know. It is the faith of Islam which seeks to "run the Jews into the Mediterranean Sea." Since 1948, the Jews have endured one attack after another from terrorists, each day, their cities are subject to bombs and explosions which maim and kill innocent men, women and children. They've tried giving up land, moving settlements, signing one ceasefire treaty after another, only to be attacked again and again by Palestinian terrorists. It's not their land, it's never been their land, there has NEVER BEEN A PALESTINE NATION!
EVER!
