A challenge for one person I agree."And they didn’t ‘cut him up while he was alive’ that’s impossible. He was killed then dismembered." DO #17
Not to you and me."But the point is it makes no sense to involve 15 people in an assassination when it only takes one to do the job." DO
"They could have easily made it look like a murder-robbery.
Makes no sense." DO
trump isn't that far away.I think the most important question today is- Do we want to continue to reward bad behavior?
For every ultimatum facing us today, and before I answer any political question asked of me, I have to answer the more important question first!
Because my answer is NO! I do not believe in rewarding bad behavior. We have to be honest with our children. Otherwise, we will never be able to expect them to be honest with us or even be honest with themselves.
So, the right question is do we want to reward Saudi Arabia for their bad behavior- in this case, brutally torturing a Journalist to death, and covering it up because they wanted to kill the messenger because the Saudi's didn't like the message of truth he was sending.
If we don't stand up for protecting the lives of the innocent and protecting the people's right to express their opinions in other countries, and allow people to be killed for expressing their opinions, we will soon be witness to the same thing happening right here in our own country.
So this is a test of what we want for ourselves right here in America!
So, while visiting the voter's booth, just ask yourself, "Do you really want to reward bad behavior"? Because this tipping point is just where we are at!
No matter the heinous social policies of any nation.

Yeah, not my favorite target of study. And I've not been paying too much attention due to the upcoming mid-terms. National and international politics occupy much of my attention. But for this vote I'm paying attention to local issues and candidates. It's a temporary distraction.
A challenge for one person I agree.
But the reports I've read indicate they had about a dozen thugs on this job.
And some of those reports indicate the live dismemberment was so grusome the murderers played music to drown out Khashoggi's screams.
Not to you and me.
But the house of Saud was not merely trying to silence critics the way Putin does, as you describe.
The Saudis were sending a message to their critics.
I think that message has been received.
In most cases, yes. As we ignore their heinous treatment of women.KSA has been a solid ally for 60 years.. and have provided excellent intelligence for the US for the past 30.

All depends....did they find MBS complicit in this yet?
' They ' being who ? If you mean the ENTIRE literate world, then yes- the degenerate asshole is as guilty as sin itself.
Jamal Khashoggi : Should Trump complete US arms sale to Saudi's?
President Trump is right.
Withdrawing from the U.S. arms sale to Saudi Arabia would hurt U.S. business & labor.
Senate foreign relations committee member Rand Paul (R-KY) is also correct that if we do not punish this hideous crime, we can expect more of the same for a generation.
Which is more important to the U.S.?
- Business as usual? Or
- our enduring principles of not dismembering U.S. journalists for promoting issues frowned upon by the Saudi royal family?
Should Trump withdraw the U.S. from the $multi-$billion $dollar Saudi arms deal?
KSA has been a solid ally for 60 years.. and have provided excellent intelligence for the US for the past 30.
Trump is an immoral asshole . He probably doesn't know- or care- what the weapons intended for the degenerate Saudis are for.
No- America should not sell weapons to brutal murderers- but that was yesterday's America. Now the White House is gang headquarters.
America has ALWAYS sold weapons.
America has ALWAYS sold weapons.
To continue to ply murderers with weapons for the sake of ' jobs ' is gang mentality. ' It ain't personal- it's business ' as the saying goes. Trump is a mobster.
The US once owned the arms manufacturing base in that its factories and shipyards produced materials for the US military.
Private arms companies have corrupted that policy so that legislation to sell to foreign powers is a given.
The ' Nixon Doctrine' opened the floodgates of arms sales to the world- and so today the US is largely responsible for arming both sides of any conflict for wars which it sometimes starts itself.
War is for jobs, right Don ?
