Jan 6 may or may not have been the most serious insurrection in US History, but it WAS the ONLY insurrection in US History that was fomented by the President of the United States.

On the other hand, which party was it that:
Had 67% of its members claim an election was "stolen" and held nationwide protests over it?
Wants to pack the Supreme Court (a second time) to get their way?
Wants to end the filibuster?
Wants to federalize all elections in violation of the Constitution?
Wants to criminally charge anyone who doesn't agree that Jan 6 was an "insurrection" whether that person was anywhere near Dirty City, the Capitol, or not?
Pardoned actual insurrectionists and terrorists who shot five members of Congress?
Rubbed elbows with terrorists who wanted to blow up Congress?
Wants to abolish the electoral college?
Wants to apportion senators like House representatives are apportioned?
Has called for a completely new Constitution based on ones like S. Africa or the Soviet Union have / had?
Has completely ended enforcement of immigration law?

It's been one year today and the Republicans have been stonewalling all year long. Why are you complaining about the lack of evidence?

Although I don't know your military experience, but an NCO graduate and above should appreciate the tactical situation I've described. Of course, you'd have to admit there was a planned insurrection and that, via intermediaries, Trump promised pardons if the plan failed.
Do you think the White Supremacist militias such as the Proud Boys, Boogaloo Bois, Oath-Keepers, Threepers and any other such groups are such pussies that they'd let Trump betray them, watch their brothers be sent to ADX Florence and not do anything about it???

As for militias, none of them are going to end up in the ADX. That's pretty much a fact. They may go to prison. Most are going to camps because they have little or no criminal history, and federal guidelines have to be followed or they have an issue to appeal their sentence on that could get it overturned.
