I already told you we don't have photo IDs for voting. And I also told you that forcing voters to have a photo ID to supposedly correct a non-existent problem is bogus.

Even you must acknowledge that if you NEVER investigate the identity or citizenship of the voters, its obvious you will never find any evidence of illegal voting or voter fraud.....so the 'overwhelming evidence' of qualified voters is bogus on its face.....
Its pretty obvious that there is "overwhelming evidence" that MILLIONS of tax payers do not cheat or even make mistakes on their taxes but that don't
stop the IRS from checking those millions of returns and auditing some taxpayers to guarentee as best they can that no one is committing tax fraud....and
the fact that they does find that there IS a small percentage of mistakes made and even some fraud....why do they find the mistakes and fruad..
Obviously because they check....we'll never find illegal voters and voter fraud if idiot liberals stick their collective heads up their ass and refuse
to admit that it exists....and we'll never know the extent of it.....
The integrety of elections doesn't interest liberals as long as they are winning....
Questions: Why no photo ID required 150 years ago? Why no photo ID required 50 years ago? WHY NOW?
A stupid question that doesn't deserve a serious answer.

There has been plenty of checking into illegal voting, and no evidence was found and that was the basis of the judge's decision. Now which part of that decision don't you understand?
Second, explain to me why it's stupid to question why photo ID was never required before.

Isn't the state department responsible for the safety of our diplomats and embassy , etc...?

The thread topic is about Pennsylvania, not Indiana, Georgia, Texas, etc. The judge wrote in his decision "the state acknowledged at the start that it knew of no cases of in-person voting fraud, the kind addressed by voter ID." Ergo, it's a non-existent problem.
