The defense would find it useful to prove that Pedo Don's comments let to Carroll's termination. If the boss said "Yes, I got orders from France to terminate her due to President Trump's comments", that helps prove the defamation caused her harm.

Not a lawyer, but a major hurdle in any defamation case is to prove that the defamation caused harm be it physical, financial or any other form.

If the boss's testimony shows that she lost the job due to the rape and Trump's comments, yes, it would definitely be relevant to the damages from defamation.

It's common among stupid and/or demented people to keep repeating the same set of phrases.

Look at any conversation between Arbie and me, regardless of topic, and within 3-4 post he runs out of intellectual ammunition and starts calling me a coward and accusing me of hiding in a police station....none of which ever happened because he never came to Texas.

Same for TOP DRUNK. Within 2-3 posts she's claiming to own the thread, whining about "the script" and PMs. Stupidity is very predictable. The consistent repetition is why I know they are low IQ and/or demented.

You, OTOH, you have a broad range in conversation. You have your favorites, but your comments are rarely repetitive. It's a sign of intelligence, sanity and education that you are able to function well in a variety of circumstances. Them? Not so much.

Yes, the criminal trial must convict beyond reasonable doubt, civil trial is a preponderance of evidence. I've been on both juries.

Trump is rich, so it might be easier to find a few Ho's that will lie because Trump didn't want anything to do with them after a "fling." Same with rock stars (Gene Simmons comes to mind for one), Hollywood actors, etc. I find it difficult to believe Trump raped anyone in a department store (if this is where she "claims" this happened). She made this claim in a book, yet never went to authorities and now wants money and nothing more because her book flopped. I don't believe her.
