Any sentient, well read adult is aware a lot of rapes aren't reported to the cops because the victim doesn't want to endure the shame and humiliation of the legal process, or they are afraid of the army of lawyers of a powerful man can summon.
I would guess that less than half of male-on-male rapes are reported to cops for the same reasons.

Weinstein proved that even wealthy actresses did not dare come out against him. To pretend that Trump's power and money were not huge factors in women's decisions is ridiculous. Trump would have slandered her in the news.
